My Story

Seven years ago, I didn't feel like myself. I was dealing with chronic pain. Digestive issues. Low energy.Weight gain.

And despite doing what I thought I was supposed to do, I wasn't getting better.

I wasn't looking for another diet.

I wasn't looking for a trendy solution.I just wanted to feel good again.

What I discovered changed everything.

Not a supplement.

Not a cleanse.

Not a detox.

FIBER.

As I began intentionally building my meals around fiber-rich foods, everything started to shift. My bloating and constipation went away. My energy increased. My inflammation and pain – gone!

The weight came off. And perhaps most importantly... I finally found a way of eating that felt sustainable.

That journey eventually became the work I've spent the last seven years teaching women.

It's the foundation of my upcoming book with one of the world's largest publishing houses.
